Our MFR Upper Body + Core course gives participants the skills to identify and address tension and pain in the upper back, neck, shoulders and arms.

It is comprised of 2 weekends, each involving a 3-day, hands-on, in-person workshop focused on the thoracolumbar fascia, diaphragm, etc.

Since understanding the relevant anatomy of the body greatly improves our hands-on work, we provide online lectures in the associated anatomy and physiology to complement our in-person training. Students are expected to review the online materials before our in-person time together.
