Our MFR Lower Body + Core course gives participants the skills to identify and address tension and pain in the low back and lower half of the body.
It is comprised of 2 weekends, each involving a 3-day, hands-on, in-person workshop focused on the thoracolumbar fascia, diaphragm, psoas, quadratus lumborum, glutes, hip rotators, hamstrings, gastrocnemius, soleus, and plantar fascia.
Since understanding the relevant anatomy of the body greatly improves our hands-on work, we provide online lectures in the associated anatomy and physiology to complement our in-person training. Students are expected to review the online materials before our in-person time together.
Note: Priority Registration and Earlybird Prices are for a limited time!
All in-person workshops meet
Friday (9:30am-4:30pm)
Saturday (9:30am-4:30pm)
and Sunday (9:30am-3:30pm)
Location: 415 N Killingsworth St,
Portland, OR 97217
The MFR Lower Body + Core Training has been pre-approved for the following CE hours:
